When German
Fontoba Vilaro, of Catalan birth, first arrive in Venezuela, he dreamed of
bringing the best tastes of Spain
to his new homeland. His dream was
restaurant which served fine Homemade Spanish Food.
In 1983, together with his wife Miren and their son Jordi, the doors to their Caracas Restaurante Miramelindo, first opened. Today, the Restaurant Miramelindo, located in Hotel Chama, is judged as one of the best restaurants in the State of Mérida.
